Sadie von Sundern is a beautiful 2 year old long haired sable German Shepherd mix with a gorgeous coat and a calm, gentle nature. The animal shelter reached out to tell us they had a dog for us, how right they were! She wasn't quite a German Shepherd, but she was perfect!  Sadie is an easygoing girl who enjoys being near people and other pups.  She knows her sit, takes treats gently, and will easily win your heart with her soulful and loving presence. She walks wonderfully on leash and has a sweet, affectionate personality. Give her a little love, and you’ll soon be rewarded with tail wags and a soft, loving gaze. She enjoys walking alongside other dogs. In playgroups, Sadie enters calmly and is happy to explore the yard. She greets other dogs politely and doesn’t mind playful energy around her—even letting puppies jump on her without complaint.  She's doing great sharing space with several other dogs at the rescue, and enjoys playing with them. We think she would be a great choice for a multi-dog home. She has a medium energy level, and passed her cat test with flying colors. She’s ready for a home that will give her the love and gentle companionship she deserves.
